With news that the plot leased by the Stony Creek Post Office is now up for sale, the town wants to purchase the parcel. In addition to the expected income from leasing the building to the Post Office, the town hopes to lease parking spaces and provide public facilities for those enjoying the beach visible over Stony Creek Post Office clerk Rose Polemeni’s shoulder.
