The North Haven
Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents,
criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged
are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names.

Wednesday, Sept. 17
• A 29-year-old East Haven man was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on a warrant
charging him with failure to appear in the second degree after he was issued a
misdemeanor summons at 10:28 pm. for operating a motor vehicle while under
license suspension.
• A 43-year-old man
of Clintonville Road
was issued a misdemeanor summons at 6:18 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle
while under license suspension.
Thursday, Sept. 18
• A 38-year-old East Haven man was arrested at 8:30 a.m. and charged with
larceny in the third degree and a warrant charging him with failure to appear
in the first degree.
• A 23-year-old
Wolcott man was arrested at 9:30 a.m. and charged with violation of a
restraining order and threatening.
• A 30-year-old North Branford man was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on a
warrant charging him with failure to appear in the first degree.
Friday, Sept. 19
• A 19-year-old man
of Fairy Glen Drive
was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of
alcohol and/or drugs, a right hand lane violation, and failure to have
headlights lit.
Saturday, Sept. 20
• A 64-year-old man
of Amber, Pennsylvania,
was arrested at 9:45 p.m. and charged with driving while under the influence of
alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple-lane
highway.
• A 37-year-old man
of North Gate Lane
was issued a citation at 11:20 a.m. for allowing a dog to roam and creating an
animal nuisance.
Sunday, Sept. 21
• A 22-year-old man
of Postmans Highway
was arrested at 5:57 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the second
degree.
• A 31-year-old
Northford man was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure
to appear in the second degree.
Monday, Sept. 22
• A 22-year-old man
of Pool Road
was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in
the second degree.
• A 41-year-old Bridgeport man was
arrested at 9 a.m. and charged with harassment in the second degree.
• A 50-year-old New Haven man was
arrested at 1 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree,
criminal mischief in the third degree, and larceny in the sixth degree.
• A 26-year-old New Haven man was
arrested at 4:22 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in the
second degree.
• A 51-year-old
woman of a Hartford Turnpike apartment was arrested at 5:40 p.m. and charged
with disorderly conduct and threatening.
Tuesday, Sept. 23
• A 37-year-old
woman of Mill Road
was arrested at 12:41 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of
a protective order.
• A 20-year-old
woman and a 23-year-old woman of the same Hartford Turnpike apartment were
arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic
dispute.
• A 20-year-old
woman of Mill Road
was arrested at 10:45 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in
the first degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.
• A 26-year-old man
of Quinnipiac Avenue
was issued a citation at 12:08 p.m. for allowing a dog to roam.
