The 53rd annual Community Carol Sing at Mystic Seaport will be held Sunday, December 21, from 3 - 4 p.m.
Admission to the Museum is free that day with the donation of a canned good item. All contributions will be donated to and distributed by the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.
Former Ledyard High School choral director, Jamie Spillane, will once again lead the crowd in song, backed by the Mystic Seaport Carolers and a brass quartet.
Additionally, the Museum's Planetarium will present "The Star of Bethlehem," a program which explores the winter skies, merging science, mythology, religious observance, winter traditions and music. The show will run hourly from 12 - 3 p.m. Cost is $3. Children five and under are free. Visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to starting time.
